Terms of Service
Last updated: August 14, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Routrly, a link-in-bio and condition-based link-routing service operated by [COMPANY LEGAL NAME] ("Routrly," "we," or "us"). By creating an account or using Routrly, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Routrly lets you publish a public bio page, create Smart Links that route visitors by country, device, or campaign source, run A/B experiments, view analytics, and integrate with your own systems via a public API and outbound webhooks. Features available on the Free and PRO plans are described on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time; we will not reduce the entitlements of an active paid subscription without notice.
2. Your account
- You must provide a real, accessible email address and verify it before you can sign in — this protects both your account and the people who click your links.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- You are responsible for the content of your bio page, the destinations your Smart Links route to, and any data you submit through the API.
- You may delete your account at any time from Settings. This permanently removes your bio page, links, Smart Links, and analytics, and cannot be undone.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Routrly to:
- Route visitors to content that is illegal, fraudulent, or infringes someone else's rights.
- Distribute malware or deceptive/phishing destinations.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits, plan entitlements, or another workspace's access controls.
- Interfere with the service's availability for other customers.
We may suspend or remove content, links, or accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Plans and billing
Routrly offers a Free plan (up to 5 bio-page links and 3 routing rules per Smart Link) and a paid PRO plan. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our payment processor, Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can view your current plan and manage or cancel a PRO subscription at any time from Billing in your dashboard. See our Refund Policy for how cancellations and refunds work.
5. Data and privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what data we collect and how we use it, including data about visitors to your bio page and Smart Links.
6. Termination
You may stop using Routrly and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the service or other customers.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Routrly is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. [Governing law and jurisdiction: COUNTRY/STATE].
8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where required, notify you.
